An effective farmhouse is designed to shield animals from harsh weather conditions. These structures are truss-type buildings constructed with hot-dipped galvanized steel frames for enhanced durability.
Our prefabricated houses are fully insulated to meet industry standards, offering an R-value of 12 or higher. This is achieved using high-density polyurethane panels for the walls, combined with fiberglass wool insulation and polyurethane for the roof and ceiling.
Truss-type buildings offer several key advantages:
- Trusses are load-bearing and capable of withstanding extreme weather conditions. They efficiently distribute weight and stress, increasing roof longevity and reducing the need for repairs.
- Trusses minimize material and labor requirements, making them a more economical choice.
- Factory-prefabricated trusses can be assembled rapidly on-site, reducing construction time.
- The triangular spaces within trusses allow for easy installation of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Trusses are lightweight, reducing the demand for excessive materials.
- Trusses exhibit less deflection compared to standard structural members, ensuring greater stability and performance.
